Improving political participation among BME groups

On Thursday 26 January, Siobhan spoke at an event organised by Ignite UKPR which looked at ways of improving political participation among BME groups, particularly in relation to the forthcoming London Mayoral election?
London is one of the most diverse cities in the world, where more than 300 languages are spoken. According to the most recent estimates from the Office for National Statistics, 31% of the city’s population is from an ethnic minority.
